Miri, Are you seeing the crash with sample or your own project. It'll helpful to look into if you provide more information. Regards, Nimesh

Glad to know that you got the problem. The Route Task sample uses autorelease instead of release. I would suggest going through Apple doc for memory management to get better understanding. Regards, Nimesh

Can you please provide a link to your web map? Same problem here. I created a very simple map on arcgis online with two editable layers, gave it a name, and saved it to my esri worldwide account. When I try to view on the iphone app, I can't see my data layers - only the base map appears. Are the editable layers not supported by the app?

Emagee, You should be able to edit the data from ArcGIS for iOS application and view edits on the server. The only not supported elements are bookmarks, slide shows, etc. Does your web map created on ArcGIS.com or internal ArcGIS Content Server? Is it contain bookmarks, slide shows etc? Regards, Nimesh

Hi Logan, I would suggest looking at the MapViewDemo sample which is getting installed with ArcGIS API for iOS (${HOME}/Library/SDKs/Samples). It uses GPS. In short, you should just need to call [self.mapView.gps start] and [self.mapView.gps stop] in your button to start and stop GPS respectively. When you start GPS and want to automatically zoom to the current location then set self.mapView.gps.autoPan property to TRUE. Hope this helps! Regards, Nimesh

Hi Mark, You should use AGSCompositeSymbol. Add a Simple Marker and Picture Marker symbols to composite symbol and assign it to a graphic. Also, if your vehicle types are already defined then you can use the unique value renderer to symbolize features instead of assigning a symbol each graphic. Regards, Nimesh

Hi Suman, Please let me know following which will help to narrow down the issue. What is the spatial reference of the points stored in geomObject? What is the map's spatial reference which you are assigning to the polyline? Regards, Nimesh

It is not working because your map (self.mapView.spatialReference) is in WebMercator ( base map - AGSOpenStreetMapLayer's spatial reference) and your envelope is in wgs1984 (wkid:4326). The envelope passed in the zoomToEnvelope must be in map's spatial reference. Hope this helps! Regards, Nimesh

The AGSMapView::addMapLayer returns a UIView. You can use it's hidden property to control the visibility of the layer. It'll prevents querying the server and drawing. NSURL* url = [NSURL URLWithString: @" http://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer"]; AGSTiledMapServiceLayer* layer = [AGSTiledMapServiceLayer tiledMapServiceLayerWithURL: url]; UIView<AGSLayerView>* lyrView = [mapView addMapLayer:layer withName:@"Streets"]; lyrView.hidden = YES; Hope this helps!
