Hello, I wonder is there any significant application difference between the "Citizen Problem Reporter" vs "Citizen Science Reporter" please? It seems that only the geodatabase sample is different. Thank you very much for your reply Allison. I re-did everything with the following steps and it worked. 1. Add the feature service to a new webmap with full editing control. 2. Save the webmap > Share with public and the Group. 3. Go to the Group > SHARE > CREATE A WEB APP > Select Crowdsource Reporter. Thanks again! Emily

Hello, I'm trying to change the placeholder text 'Type Address Here' to 'Type Zip Code Here' only in a particular GeoForm app, but not all others. I couldn't find a way to do it through the application's configuration. Does it mean I have to do it under the Utility Services page in ArcGIS Online? Since I don't want to change the wording for all other webmaps/apps, so I've tried to add another geocoder and have a different placeholder text for it. But after, is there a way to tell which geocoder to use for a particular webmap or webapp? Is there a simpler way or there is no way to do it yet? Thanks a lot! Emily

Hello, I'm also hoping Esri would somehow incorporate the "Check all that apply" option onto their GeoForm. In the meanwhile, I know that you can do "Check all that apply" in Survey123, which uses XLSForm. But I wouldn't recommend it if the survey is meant for the general population as the person needs to download Survey123 app in order to do the survey form. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/formappcomparision.htm Emily

Thank you for your reply, Eric. Sorry, I should have mentioned earlier that I was trying to use the Routing Service, not the Traffic Service. Would the workflow be different? When I tried to add the copied proxy Url as a web layer, it gave me the following error. Is it because unlike Traffic Service, Routing Service is not really a layer? Any guidance would be appreciated please. I've been trying to configure the the routing service (even calling the tech support) for anonymous access in my apps since the last conference and hoping after this conference we'd have something easier to grant anonymous access for routing (directions).
