Allow pdf upload as image in Story Map Tour

It would be nice if the Story Map Tour template allows users to upload pdf as images, so that we can embed hyperlinks.

Hi Emlee,

Here's a blog post on how to add hyperlinks to the captions of a Map Tour that may be helpful. Let me know if this is what you were looking to do.
