Hi Tony, Do you need to change the actual layer name or do you need to change how it appears in a web map? You can update the item name which will update the service layer name or update both the service name and layer name in the web map using the rename functionality. This will also update the layer and service name on the item.

HI John, Thanks for the update. In order to change the service type into multi-part features, the geometry of the service would need to be mutli-part. This isn't usually a default geometry type in ArcGIS Online and must be set on service creation. Thanks for sharing how you solved the problem. -Kelly

Hey Joseph, You can create a group, invite my username (Karate_KElly) to the group and then I will be able to see your layer without it being shared publicly. -Kelly

Hi Brian, Storage credits are charged by the entire feature storage in the organization. As storage is allocated per organization within the infrastructure it isn't something that can be easily divided by user. The reason that the storage is not allocated to individual credit budgets is to enable access to feature services. Feature Services are generally live, work critical infrastructure. They can also be publicly accessible through public apps. If the owning users were to exceed their credit budget, we don't stop the feature services from working so users can still get the work done with their infrastructure. In order to determine the actual storage size per feature layer, we provided this report. This will help administrators determine large feature services and who they belong to. Also, keep in mind that storage is only charged when the data is stored. If a service is uploaded and deleted 3 days later, you will only be charged for the time that the service data was hosted. We are always looking to understand more about what your needs are with ArcGIS Online user reporting, so thank you for your questions. Would it be helpful if you could understand a break down of each users contribution to credit consumption of storage credits? Would you want this information daily or as an overall monthly view? -Kelly

HI Candice, ArcGIS Online does not support hosting raster data. In order to add raster files to ArcGIS Online they must be published as an image service (ArcGIS Enterprise) or as a tiled service (created in ArcGIS Desktop) Some further information is available in this discussion Adding raster data to ArcGIS Online? ArcGIS Online does have some configurable apps that use image services, check out this blog for more information about how to use the data once it is published: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/configurable-apps/imagery/two-new-configurable-apps-for-imagery-april-2018/ -Kelly

Hi Mike, When you are editing a feature layer hosted in ArcGIS Online, you are editing web enabled geospatial data that is hosted on the cloud. This data is copied and published during the publishing process, resulting in a copy of the data residing in the ArcGIS Online databases. For this reason, after publishing your initial dataset, the source data won't be aware of any changes that happen to the feature layer. If you want to export a file geodatabase of the feature layer, try using any of these tools : Use layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Extract Data—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly
