Tom, Currently it isn't possible to restrict users from viewing other members and their roles in the organization. As this is something that you would like to see in the software, I recommend supporting the following idea and adding your comments to the idea: ArcGIS Idea - Restricting certain users to view memberships This is really helpful feedback. -Kelly

How are you adding your raster layers to the web map? As an Image service or a tiled service?

Hi Carole, The 1000 feature limit applies only to data that is stored in the web map (add layers from files in the map viewer). If you add the CSV as an item and publish the service as described in this document, then you will publish a feature service which does not have a feature limit. -Kelly

Hi Carole, When you are adding your data to ArcMap in excel is there processing, symbolizing or formatting of the data that you need to perform prior to publishing or are you looking to get the data displayed in a web map based on the XY values? If your data is ready to be published, try saving the excel sheet as a CSV and following the publish from CSV workflow in ArcGIS Online: Publish hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly

Hi Michele, In order to share the Story Map with a specific users, the users viewing the Story Map will need to have ArcGIS Online Organization accounts and will need to be members of the organization or group, that the story map is shared with. This documentation helps to understand some sharing scenarios: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/share-maps/share-items.htm If you are using an ArcGIS Server service, you may be able to look into the possibility of setting security on your service as suggested above. -Kelly

Hi Ann, Your application is referring to both the map service and the feature layer in your legend.
