Hi, Trying to identify the problem we have here. We have our own arcgis online subscription and are using our own ldap system to authentify. All this is working really well on browswer but not with the mobile app. When tried to log in and put the credits we have an access denied. Anybody got the issue?

I tried and have the same thing than you. List of layer but nothing displayed in arcgis.com Same with ArcGIS Desktop and Gaïa (The Carbon Project - Innovative Geosocial Solutions )- I think your server is not configured and return something like localhots.... and not the domain name. Meaning the image is not arriving. When you check GeoServer Web Map Service you can see that the returned info go to localhost

One trick is to use the license file created on your server located here C:\Program Files (x86)\ESRI\License10.3\sysgen and say in licensing "i received a file". I never managed to desauthorize a license directly, always had to talk to my distributor

Yes we did it several times but out external access is via a reverse proxy. Then changing IP of the server had just to be adjusted in the RP. How do you access your servers (what kind of adressing)?

Then we developped some tools to do that for us eea/discomap.ServiceTransferTool · GitHub In your case if you stay on the same server I would 1) Transfer to a temp place 2) Delete old service 3) Transfer back at the good palce
