Can't view plenary session virtually (only see blank boxes)

I'm registered for virtual access but I haven't been able to get onto the plenary session (the first one I've tried to join). Joining the session through my schedule gets me to a page with a black box. Joining the session via the "JOIN THE PLENARY SESSION" button on the homepage gets me to a page with a "Video will be available shortly" box. I've restarted my browsers and restarted my computer but nothing seems to help. I'm mooching an earbud off my coworker who has no issue viewing the session, but I'd like to be able to watch the sessions. Has anyone else encountered this, and do you have any ideas on what I can try to fix it?

Hi @Crinoid, thanks for letting us know this isn't working for you and we apologize for the inconvenience. Are you by chance using Microsoft Edge for your browser? I ask because it isn't compatible and could potentially be an issue. If so, please try Chrome which is most compatible. Firefox and Safari should work as well. If that does not solve the issue, please reach out to uc-support@esri.com and a team member will be able to assist you.
