Any word on the Users Conference yet?

When the Tokyo Olympics got postponed, I thought to myself:  'Hmmm: what about the ESRI UC?  This is the first year in a long time that I'm registered to go.

If I'm already registered for the conference, do I need to register for the V-UC?  What about someone else in the office that didn't register for the original conference?  Can she attend?
