For my transportation model I need a too that will query each IDU (mostly residences/city blocks) to see how many different types of zones surround any given IDU, within a 0.25 mile radius. Ideally, the tool will return an attribute for each IDU that describes the number and type of the other IDUs that surround it. Anybody have any ideas?
