Transportation 511 mxd

Trying to implement the Transportation 511 app.

Under the what you get it says you get and mxd (transportation511.mxd) and a file geodatabase (Stategovernment.gdb).

At github.com/esri/transportation-511 there is no mxd or fgdb.

Is there somewhere else I need to go to get these?
