Has anyone successfully configured the Tax Parcel Viewer 10.2 for ArcGIS Online to run off a local test host internally.
I am used to using a sharing URL but I do not see this option anywhere?

Also has anyone successfully even configured this App with their own data?

Thanks!

Is your question focused on the Parcel Viewer web application template contained in ArcGIS Online?  Or, are you talking about the Tax Parcel Viewer for 10.2 found on the solution site?  Both have been deployed by many local governments and I'd like to understand the challenges you are having more fully.  Are you trying to get this app running on a local web server with your parcel data?  Assume you've review the help documentation and published the services required for the app.

Thanks for the additional details.

Challenges, well it looks like I have to duplicate my data to match the Local Government .GDB.  Am I wrong?
Also some of the layers needed I do not have access to like Foreclosures, Sales of homes.

I would like to host it locally but I can not find a sharingurl location like I have been used to in the 10.0 Parcel Viewer.

Thanks!
