I'm creating a Parcel Page template for my users and was wondering if anyone has run into this problem. I've successfully been able to mock up most of what we need. I've created a mask / clip based on the parcels I'm interested in. The issue is that nothing else can show in the clipped areas. I'd like to add things to the area that is blank. If you see what I've attached I've used crude red x marks where I have map text that has been hidden. I don't want this text or any manually inputted text in these areas hidden. Any help from experienced users would be appreciated.
