In the Parcel Fabric, what would be the best practice for original roadway easements that overlap at intersections, see attached image. The original roadway easements that run along the Section lines were granted at different times and make no mention of crossing each other, and the properties that front on them still go to the section line/centerline, with the exceptions of the subdivisions which have been formally dedicated. Should the individual easements overlap each other or should there be one polygon within each Section that represents the easement for all roads?
