We're just beginning to migrate our parcel data to the parcel fabric and would like to maintain our ¼ ¼(forty) lines in the parcel fabric; however, I don't know which parcel ??type? to put these in. We??re not using the ¼ section type (3). I was thinking perhaps the lot type (6), but don??t want to overlap with other subdivision/survey lot data of that type. The 1/4 1/4s are frequently also tax parcels (7), but not always. Ideally, there would be a dashed polygon outline in the background similar to the lot symbolization. These lines are an important reference for following deed descriptions and should adjust with changes to control points (section corners with GPS coordinates or surveyed locations) Any ideas?

Hello BarronCo,

You first hunch was logical, you'll want to code your 16th sections Parcel Type = 3 (Quarter Sections) with the 2nd Division set to "Sixteenth".

I've attached a screenshot of this additional domain.
