I am trying to bring our street centerline data in line with the Local Gov. data model, but the model has only one field to model the street elevations. Currently we have a to and a from elevation field our data so that some of the third party applications can route overpasses accurately. If I were to use the data model a street with an overpass would have an elevation of one for the portion of the street that is elevated and zero for the rest of the street. How would this effect network connectivity?
