Layer is not shown on Park and Recreation Finder

All,
I am configuring the Park Finder template app to fit our needs. I published a map service (wkid: 26917) using my data instead of parks data provided. The map service is running fine, but our facility features are not shown on the Park Finder app. The Base maps are loaded and shown but not the operational layer I published.
Is there any other place that I need to change to work with my data.
Following tags that I changed in a Config.txt:
FindTaskLayer, DevPlanLayer,BaseMapLayers (I am using ESRI services),InfoWindowHeader,InfoWindowFieldsCollection,DefaultSearch,GeometryService, Activities.

Any suggestion or advice is appreciated.

All,
I found the problem and it's solved.  The problem was that I was using map server from 10.0 instead of feature server.  Once I published as a feature service, everything turned right.
If you are using 10.1 service, the map service will be fine.
