Hi Andrew! Are you looking for land use in regard to city/county planning? Or are you looking for GIS data pertaining to land cover?
Richland County has a GIS department with som zoning/land use data: https://www.richlandmaps.com/content/operations/planning.
If looking for land cover, I would check out the NLCD 2021 or research on Google land cover in SC.
The SC DNR also has some good GIS data.
