Keep getting 000117 error trying to create interior spaces

I am trying trying to create a map of my campus and I am using the local government toolbox with the create interior spaces tool.
The tool keeps generating empty output with the 000117 error. I have tried using the same extent as the building itself and the default extent to no avail. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When I go to verify my SQL statement it displays "The expression was verified successfully, but no records were returned."
