html in X-ray Data Dictionary

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone would know why I get the following html code in my Data Dictionary. The metadata in ArcCatalog does not contain such. It occurs in multiple features and when I go look in ArcCatalog I don't see any special characters or spaces that might cause this.

Here is an example:

(I am using the default Item Description Metadata Style)
