An issue developed where the plats filed in the county clerk's office are all reflective of the coming year, but we have only the current year map to work in.
We are currently working toward incorporating a parcel fabric, but have additional work to do in the map first.
Outside of major line work correction that is needed, we have to resolve the problem of incorporating not only historical parcels, but now the concept of future parcels that can be cashed until the first of the year then incorporated into the map.
What is the best practice that anyone could suggest for this purpose?
