I am trying to publish the ParcelPublicAccess map service and it will not finish - not responding message. I have successfully published the other 2 map service without a problem.I am running 10.1 sp1.
Also I could not find the mixed90cachesettings.xml file.
I tried with and without caching.

Hi Peter,
A question for you: could you see the demo working fine in your server?
I think it is the first stage, later you can change a service, later another. I mean, step by step.

The demo application on ESRI's website works fine.
Does anyone have a version of the config.js that shows the correct url's that are on the ESRI website so I can test my application that way?
I do not get the splash screen in my version.

Ok, trying that config.js getting same lack of response.
Using firefox I get this info from Firebug:

TypeError: responseObject.LocatorFields is undefined

Got everything to work.
1. Typos in config.js - my fault.
2. I used the 10.1 version and put in the ESRI's url's and got the site to work.
3. I cached my ParcelPublicAccess service and it then worked using my 3 map services.
4. My coworker found the location of the cache.xml file and we used that.
