I am trying to send out emails based on department for issues that come in through Citizen Problem Reporter. I've followed the steps laid out by https://www.esri.com/content/dam/esrisites/en-us/media/pdf/learn-arcgis/configuring-citizen-problem-... (pg. 34 - 38). My task scheduler python window returns an error and closes, and no emails are generated. I've added the port behind the SMTP server URL, enabled TLS, not sure what else to try. Any help is appreciated!
Hi there: Little late with this reply, but I'm currently configuring the CPR and had a similar issue as you. Tried numerous SMTP domains, etc., but found out that what I needed was our local host IP address for our Outlook domain. Once I put in the IP address (no port needed), the mail started flowing after running the servicesupport.py script.
