Attribute Assistant Not Working

I use Attribute Assistant to update my attributes for my newly created polygons. The IT department reset my profile to fix another problem I had and when I went to use my Attribute Assistant it didn't work anymore. 

I have tried to remove and add in the tool but had no luck on it working. Please see image for error message. 

Has anyone ever come across this error message? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks Joe. I don't know how or why but the Attribute Assistant tool works now.
