The recent update to 2015 U.S. data in Community Analyst may result in users not seeing certain reports or data variables in Community Analyst. If so, there is an easy fix. Follow the steps below to clear your browser history/cache:
- Log out of Community Analyst.
- Clear browsing data/history. (Use Ctrl+Shift+Del to access the window.)
- Close the Browser.
- Re-open the Browser.
- Log back into Community Analyst and you should be able to see all the reports.
- If that does not work, try another Browser, such as Chrome if you are currently using IE.
