Using FireFox, i was able to download and extract. Are you getting an error?
I can download with Chome, but when I try to extract/unzip with Windows it
gives me an error message.
Do you have access to another browser? Or is chrome your only option? Can you test on another machine...maybe outside of a work network?
I used IE and that worked; I was able to extract the files after
downloading. Why doesn't it work with Chrome?
I would say that is a Chrome issue, not an Esri issue. But you may want to make sure you have the latest Chrome, if you really are trying to track down why. It may also be that there are options in Chrome that block a clean download. Hard to say.
Glad that the IE worked. As mentioned, latest FireFox also works fine.
