I used "Spatial analysis tool > zonal > Tabulate area" to create excel tables, however, my data dimesion is out of the scale that excel can handle, so it doesn't work. I am wondering is there any other ways that can make GIS and excel to handle large data rather than to split my rasters? I don't want to split the raster if there are other solutions, because it's trounblesome to add up the split grids back again...
