Is there a strategy or tool for scaling the intercept raster from GWR output so that it aligns properly with the input feature? For example, I want to use extract by mask, but the zones on the edge of the raster fall on the outside of the state boundaries and I would loose those zones if I extract by mask. These are important hot spots I assume. I am also confused as to why the raster output is larger than the input in the first place. Shouldn't each pixel represent a coefficient for a single spot on the ground? Does this have anything to do with the pixel size?
Just tried extract by mask, and it actually seems to adjust the pixels appropriately. So that might be the best answer.
