OLS results

Could somebody please explain what this scatterplot means for my model? I am new to GIS and stats and it turns out not so good at it. I have attached the OLS report. A very simple explanation would be very much appreciated.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have attached what I have written for my analysis of the results (without going too deeply into the other explanatory stats as that is over my head). Would I be correct in saying what I have put in the attached document?
