Hello guys, Disease model in ArcGIS?

Im a postgrad student. Need your constructive idea and suggestion regarding to develop a predictive model of airborne disease  outbreak using ArcGIS sofware. What are specific techniques and tools that I need to explore in the software to develop the model. Tqvm in advance
