Merge limit too low

Ii was trying to process a flight with 3800 images.
I split the flight into 3 different missions and processed them separately.
When I went to merge the three missions Sitescan sends up an error message that merged missions can't be more than 3400 images.
This makes the program much less useful then I initially thought.
The underlying program that processes the images does not have this problem as I have merged 4000+ image missions in PIX4D and that is the processing program for Sitescan.
Please increase the merge limit.
