Pilot Profiles need to be linked to an email and not to a specific org so that if multiple Drone Pilots are part of multiple organizations their information carries over and doesn't have to be entered on every single organization.
If you had a consultant that did work for 4 organizations then the pilot will have to re-enter the info for all separate orgs.......this is counter productive.
This information should be tied either to their email or to an ArcOnline Account
