Add Photo Inspect Tool in Mesh View

Add the same ability to with the Photo Inspect Tool  in 2D and Point Cloud to the Mesh View. For the ability to better pick a location to see the photos for that area. 2D is limited from seeing the sides of equipment, and the point cloud has issues in the field with slower internet populating a high density point cloud and its not as clear looking at label's as the mesh.

We implemented this capability a few weeks ago. 

From 3D Mesh view, use the "Draw a Point" tool, and the images showing that point will appear, prioritizing the image with the most similar viewing angle to how you are viewing the mesh:
