ArcGIS (Pro) should fully support WMS-T services including access to the time interval properties
Currently it is possible to add WMS-T services as layers in ArcGIS Pro but it is not possible to access the time interval properties of the service like it is for time enabled Feature Class-based layers. In order to access the full capability of WMS-T services it should be possible to access the time interval properties.
Test-WMS-T services:
Adding this service to a Map in ArcGIS Pro you will see that the time capabilities are greyed out and it's not possible to access the properties.
