Hello everyone,

I was trying to import imagery layer to my scene but i could not do it due to different projected coordinate system: NZGD 2000 New Zealand Transverse Mercator but my base map is in web mercator. Also, I tried to add imagery layer by remobing my basemap. It didnot work.

Can anyone help me to sort this out?

Thankyou!

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! When you create a local scene instead of a global scene you should be able to add your imagery layer to Scene Viewer. It will prompt you to drop the basemap and then the scene will adopt your data's coordinate system automatically. But you will not be able to use the layer together with the standard basemap, as they are not compatible together.

If you want to use your layer together with the standard basemap, then you should first reproject and republish the imagery layer to Web Mercator using ArcGIS Pro.

Hope that helps, if not, please provide us access to your layer item and provide more details about the exact problem.

Thanks and kind regards,
