Attribute Issue within an Event

Having a issue with information not being posted in one of our Attributes. When I'm in Arcmap this is what I see.

My question is what is going on, is it a bug or what? Using 10.6.1 do I need to upgrade to 10.7 will this fix the issue?

Hi Preston,

Are you able to consistently reproduce this or has it only happened once?  If it happens consistently, I would open a support case with Esri Customer Care to have them investigate.
