Crash Symbols

Has anyone come up with a set of symbols for crashes (e.g. pedestrians for pedestrian crashes, bicycles for bicyclists, motorcycles, maybe arrows pointing into each other for head-on), or seen any in use? It's possible to try to piece together something out of other categories with ESRI, but the results aren't ideal.
New York City (www.nycvzv.info) has a dashboard using symbols, which is similar to what I'm after:
