R-ArcGIS Bridge Installation

I'm trying to install the R-ArcGIS bridge, but when I'm in ArcMap and connect to the folder on my desktop where the bridge tool was downloaded, I get a red X over the toolbox icon.  I snapshot is attached below. 

Does anyone know what the issue is and how it may be resolved?  Thanks!

or elsewhere?

I am sorry you are running into an issue. I'd be more than happy to help you resolve it though. Dan is right, if you could post an issue for us and provide some more information (what version of ArcMap are you using?, what version of R do you have?, and what version of the R-ArcGIS bridge are you using?) we can get to work at checking on what is going on.

James filed an issue on Github, and we were able to track it down to an invalid Python install. After reinstalling ArcGIS, he's up and running again.
