which mobile platform (versions) supports

I would like to know which are the versions for each mobile platform the ArcGIS SDK for QML supports.   That is, which versions of iOS, Android and Windows Phone or Mobile.

We support iOS and Android for mobile platforms. We are looking at bringing in support for Universal Windows apps (that will run on Windows tablets, phones, etc) for our Quartz release, but are looking to gauge the interest to see if this is a requirement from our users. Please let us know if this is the case for you.

Yes, we are interested in Microsoft Mobile platform, and universal application.  Does the SDK support earlier iOS version than 9.2?
