I'd like to suggest moving your discussion from the Learn ArcGIS area to Python and ArcGIS Pro, where this will have better visibility with people who work with Python toolboxes.
As for the question itself, what workflow are you using to share the Python toolbox, and what error are you experiencing regarding encryption? If you can also let us know the version and application you are using while attempting to share the Python toolbox.
