snap features with python script

Hi, I saw an example, and I apply a script, to execute the snap task between two feature class, with a python script that comes in the help of the snap command, all in arcgis 10, is very usefull for me. But, there is a way to use this script in arcgis 9.3? or it is possible to work with this script, only due to changes made in the arcgis 10?

I suppose ther is no way to use this script in arcgis 9.3, because the snap geoprocessing tool is new in arcgis 10. For others thar are interest in this task, revue the help on this task, from the snap geoprocessing tool, from arctoolbox-edit tools or use it directly.
