OGC URL is not working

Greetings,

I connect without an error, but no Services are returned. 
Any suggestions how to resolve this??

The URL is:

http://www.geo.com/OGC/OGCInterface?UID=me&PASSWORD=gis&interface=OGCInterface&layers=LATEST-WMS&ser...

There is no error message, the URL connects but doesn't return the LATEST-WMS layer

Is the server configured correctly? And if so are you sending the proper headers to the map service? Not a lot of info to go off here
