Limited Arcpy functionality through Spyder since 10.6 update

Hello, I use arcpy through the python GUI Spyder. Since updating to 10.6, I am unable to use any function that writes anything arc format. I can read in data and process it, but cannot write anything. 

I can use the execfile() function through the python window to execute my scripts, but I need to modify them and it is annoying. Has anyone else had this issue?

I use Spyder daily and all day long with no issue.

How do you have Spyder installed? and do you have PRO installed with Spyder as well?
