Jupyter Notebook: Runtime Error (Python-GIS)

I am taking a Python class where we are using Anaconda and Jupyter notebooks. I received the error below, anyone know what this means and how to fix it?  Thanks!

likely, the classtools module failed to import the first time, but works the second time.

After deleting the .ipynb file and downloading it again the Notebook works without errors
