Issues while triggering python script containing multiprocessing logic from ArcMap toolbox

We are unable to execute python script from arc toolbox. The same script runs correctly from VSCode terminal or any IDE from local machine but fails to get  executed from ArcMap platform. We are using multiprocessing logic in python script. Any pointers would help. We are using ARCMAP 10.1
