I am running ArcPro 3.1.1 to analyze data that needs to be updated. I do this by copying the data into memory, join some fields, and compare to the existing. When I do this to a FGDB I get correct results (600-1,000 records of 202k). When I change it to memory it says they all need to be updated. I think it is field lengths that are making it malfunction. When field1 is string length 14 and field2 is string length 16 and has the EXACT same data they are marked as not equal.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
