I am not sure if this is Python question or server.

I have a Gp service that do clip raster by user parameters into the scratch directory..

When the output raster is about 600Mb the clip command fail with 99999.

The same clip works in Pro without any problem' is fail only in Gp service.

We try to check the ArcSOC.exe process, it gets to about 900Mb of memory and fail. Some other Gp Services use almost 2000Mb and does not fail.

Anybody run into this?

Thanks

Is this process running inside an arcpy script?

Try to modify the heapsize value for your gp. See this link how to do that: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/10.8/publish-services/windows/geoprocessing-service-settings...

Hope this help
