Please specify in what format you have the DTM and DSM data.

did it come from Golden Software ... grd is one of their file extensions.... supported raster formats It is a supported file format, but they don't indicate whether you need the Spatial Analyst extension to use it... but try it in arcmap with the Add Data button first
