ArcPy - control used CPU ressources

Hi, we are exporing a mobile map package using arcpy. When we used ArcGIS Server, the export took 1-3 Minutes. Using arcpy, the export takes ~1,5 hours for the same region. Is there a way to increase the CPU usage of ArcGIS Pro or arcpy directly?

Have you tried to Enable background processing, use in_memory workspace, are your datasets are spatially indexed? You can try to set CPU Affinity or Priority Permanently in Windows 11/10.

Can you explain where the server and desktop machines are located relative to the data sources behind the map?  Is the map connecting to file geodatabases, enterprise geodatabases, something else, all the above?
