I got access to ArcGIS online and I am trying to upload the file (browse from computer) however it is not accepting because of file size. It is prompting to first upload the file on cloud(hosted layer).
I read there is way first I can upload file to cloud and then I can browse from web.
Can you help me in letting me know cloud URL.
I hope my question is clear enough.
