I have published an Image Service in ArcGIS for Server Manager it does not show the thumbnail. It is just an empty box. The Image Service was published from a Raster Mosaic and it functions just fine. Any ideas how to get the thumbnail to appear in ArcGIS for Server - Manage Services?
